As he did last July, US Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said again that anthropogenic climate change is responsible for the mass influx of migrants crossing into the United States at the southern border. Progressive politicians the world over have incessantly blamed climate change for the mass migration of people northward. As well, as the USA, this is happening to most countries of the European Union. Records of illegal border crossings by migrants are being continuously set.
Most of the people coming unlawfully into the USA are from Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador, although there have been numerous other countries represented. Officials cite climate change resulting in the devastation of crops as a primary reason for the mass movement, but as I have written previously, and use statistics from the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (UNFAO), harvests of all foods from these nations continue to set peak records.
Rather, the people from their countries of origin are arriving at the US border because of violence, organized crime, and systemic corruption in their native lands. This is topped off with the ease of access to the USA under the current administration as well as the abundance of benefits they are gifted. Progressive politicians assume that future voters, those now illegitimately crossing into the US will keep their party in all levels and offices of governance.
At the beginning of Joe Biden’s administration, all agencies and departments were directed to strictly make anything and everything about climate change. In this story, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is fulfilling, although falsely, that imposed role.
In this latest article, Mayorkas, himself a Cuban immigrant with his parent, says that the nation’s “borders are irrelevant” because of the cyber realm. I wonder how many illegal migrant people came through cyberspace or someone’s Wi-Fi - how nonsensical and absurd.
