Cash and Kerry
Misinformation can be defined as false information that is spread irrespective of intent to mislead, while disinformation is false information to deliberately mislead or broadcast biased information.
During the February 9, 1995 television episode of Seinfeld entitled “The Beard”, Jason Alexander’s character George Costanza said: “It’s not a lie if you believe it.” If they were making that episode today, George Costanza would say, “It’s not misinformation if you believe it”, or “It’s not disinformation if you believe it”.
At a World Economic Forum (WEF) panel on Green Energy, John Kerry was asked what could be done about the spread of disinformation on climate change. Kerry, responded “You know there's a lot of discussion now about how you curb those entities in order to guarantee that you're going to have some accountability on facts, etc. But look, if people only go to one source, and the source they go to is sick, and, you know, has an agenda, and they're putting out disinformation, our First Amendment stands as a major block to be able to just, you know, hammer it out of existence" adding, “So what we need is to win the ground, win the right to govern, by hopefully winning enough votes that you're free to be able to implement change.”
Naturally, Kerry is referring to the third petition of the First Amendment which refers to “abridging the freedom of speech” or the deprivation of the ability to speak unreservedly. This amendment protects all speech, verbal or written, except those ruled by the Supreme Court, for example, “restricting expressions that would create a clear and present danger that they will bring about the substantive evils.” Most people refer to this as yelling, “fire” in a packed theatre.
Communist regimes do not sanction or ratify a “first amendment” because the central government controls all speech including the news, reports, and communiqués by newspapers.
Kerry also added, “I think democracies are very challenged right now and have not proven they can move fast enough or big enough to deal with the challenges they are facing, and to me, that is part of what this election is all about. Will we break the fever in the United States?”
Kerry, in respect of climate change, has adopted a Marxist position. However, if one desires the purging of free speech, it has more implications and ramifications than just its effect on climate change. Thus, it becomes a full-scale assault on democracy.
In answering the survey question, “Do you believe it is possible to have a democracy without free speech?”, 90% of Americans responded with “No”. This was up 4 percentage points from asked in 1939. Kerry’s position and many in the progressive precincts go convincingly against the general population.
The deception of anthropogenic climate change is simply an instrument and mechanism to move society to a more controllable and governable state. Kerry proves that when he says, “Win the right to govern”.
