Climate Change - The Religion of Gaia
Recently, communicating about the Inflation Reduction Act, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said, “Mother Earth gets angry from time to time, and this legislation will help us address all of that." Gaia is a fundamentalist religion of the left and they often invoke and inject emotional and poignant human characteristics onto the planet.
Pelosi claims Christianity as her religion and Catholicism as her denomination but has been previously rebuked by Jorge Mario Bergoglio, better known as Pope Francis. However, in reaching back to his leftist development in his home nation of Argentina, the Pope certainly did not chastise the Speaker for her political stance on climate change. He has many of the same progressive views, challenging his priesthood to sermonize about the phenomenon at every opportunity.
All people are people of faith. Since no religion is scientifically proven, religious people, irrespective of religion, are people of faith. Atheists on the other hand are also people of faith, just in the exact opposite direction – they cannot scientifically prove their situation either, thus they disbelieve as well, out of faith. Agnostics are people with an irresolute faith, usually deciding which faith they wish to eventually join.
There is no empirical scientific test to prove or disprove a religion. An atheist may say to a religious person, “Prove your religion or prove your God”. The religious person may retaliate with, “How about you disprove it”. An unsolvable conundrum relative to both science and religion develops.
In any and every direction, religion or lack of it is merely a topic or matter of faith.
This is the same reason that anthropogenic climate change has been called a religion. There is no empirical scientific proof that it exists. It remains an unsolved theory. There is no irrevocable science – it merely takes one test or experiment to disprove it or prove it false. Since human-induced climate change cannot be proven through regular science, the proponents will simply say they have a majority of the expert faithful – a word they call “consensus”. Yet, even the term or its numbers being in the consensus has not been proven.
What keeps the climate change faithful communing at their church is like every other religion – the clergy of climate. One religion may use the Bible or Quran while the other thumbs through Gore’s “An Inconvenient Truth”,
However, there are telltale signs of a corrupt religion:
· they constantly want your money (including taxpayer funding for schools of indoctrination);
· they make predictions that never come true;
· they claim there’s a solution and only they have it;
· they predict death or destruction without their intervention;
· there is constant provable corruption in the ranks;
· it’s easy to determine the ulterior motives when they are present;
· the statistics are often manipulated and can be proven so;
· they say they are inclusive when they really are not;
· they prey upon the sins of people; and.
· they are brash.
Just like anthropogenic climate change. They persistently market faith in their message. It’s their only genuine hope. Reality has never been on their side.
